Empire Data Systems LLC offers online courses and services in various computer and cloud technologies. From here on,

  • the terms ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’ shall refer to Empire Data Systems LLC.
  • the terms ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘yours’, ‘client’, ’student’ shall refer to individuals register for our training programs.

Refund Policy

We have prepared this Refund Policy to explain when and how we refund student training fees. This policy will also clarify when we do not offer a refund.

When we issue refund and when we do not offer a refund?

  1. Once the class has started, the training fee paid by students for the course is not refundable.
  2. The fee paid by students towards class videos and course materials is not refundable.
  3. Due to any reason, if Empire Data Systems LLC could not start or complete a training program successfully, students are eligible for 100% refund of the course fee student paid without any additional liability or claim from the student's side.
  4. Empire Data Systems will collect any unpaid course/materials fee at the student's expense. These expenses could include but not limited to legal, collection and interest rate, etc.
  5. If a student is eligible to receive a refund of the course fee, we will issue the refund through whichever payment method (credit card, check, bank account transfer or PayPal) student initially used to make the payment.
  6. Any refund process will take five business days to complete.
